Pikopye's Town is operated by Adams Hallie Ventures LLC. By accessing or using Pikopye's Town's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any product-specific terms presented at checkout and our signed liability waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Open play is sold in 2-hour sessions. Arriving late does not extend your session. Open play purchases are non-refundable; date changes are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion, so contact us as early as possible if your plans change. The venue is sometimes reserved for private parties and events, on weekends and weekdays alike, so please book online before you visit.
A $250 deposit is required to secure your party date. The deposit applies toward your party total and is non-refundable. The remaining balance, including any extra guests and add-ons, is due at the end of the event. One date change is permitted when requested at least 14 days before your party, to a new date within 30 days of the originally scheduled date, subject to availability. Memberships run for a 2-month minimum from your start date, then continue month to month, billed automatically to your card on file on the same date each month. After the minimum, you may cancel by emailing hi@pikopyestown.com at least 10 days before your next billing date; requests inside 10 days may not stop that cycle's charge. Membership payments are non-refundable, and plans cannot be paused or frozen during the 2-month minimum. Membership access does not include times when the venue is reserved for private parties or events.
Gift cards and prepaid play passes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Play passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless a different validity period is stated at checkout. Gift cards do not expire.
If we cancel your session or event due to a private booking, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer you a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for that visit.
We occasionally capture photos and video on the premises for marketing and social media. By visiting, you consent to your and your child's image being used for these purposes. Prefer to opt out? Just tell a team member and we will happily accommodate.
While we maintain high safety standards, active play involves inherent risks of injury. By using our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and your child(ren), as outlined in our signed waiver agreement.
Pikopye's Town is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our facility or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. Pikopye's Town is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
