Pikopye's Town is operated by Adams Hallie Ventures LLC, a boutique indoor playground and party venue in Lakeway, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions anytime: hi@pikopyestown.com.
We use collected information to respond to inquiries, process bookings and purchases, send booking confirmations and important updates, run our loyalty and marketing communications (with opt-out, see below), improve our website and services, keep our facility safe, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:
Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and marketing. PostHog, Google Analytics, and Vercel measure how visitors use the site, which pages are popular, and where errors happen. Google Analytics also runs on our booking checkout, so a visit and its booking connect into one journey. Patch Retention, our loyalty and marketing platform, recognizes returning visitors and subscribers so our offers and reminders stay relevant.
We also use Google Ads conversion measurement, which tells us when a visit from one of our ads leads to a booking click or an inquiry.
We do not sell your personal data. Outside of that ad measurement, we do not share it with ad networks, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Our website is directed to parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Information about children (such as a name and age for a booking or waiver) is provided to us by a parent or guardian. Our free learning apps, like Pikopye's Typing Town, store a player's first name and progress only on your own device; nothing is sent to us, and the apps have no accounts and no analytics.
We may send you booking-related messages and, with your consent, marketing emails or texts about events and offers. Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Booking confirmations and safety-related messages are sent regardless, since they are part of the service.
We occasionally capture photos and video in the venue for marketing and social media, as described in our Terms of Service and waiver. Tell a team member if you prefer to opt out.
We keep personal information as long as needed for bookings, safety and waiver records, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hi@pikopyestown.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before acting on a request.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
