About Us:

Pikopye's Town (Dalemi Group LLC) is a boutique imaginative indoor play destination for young children (ages 6 and below) and an private event space. We are looking for two part-time play associates to join us.


As a Guest Experience Coordinator, your job is the most important at Pikopye's Town as you will be the first and last face the families will see from check-in to check-out. You will be representing everything company is, a friendly, respectful and positive place.

Responsibilities are as follows (and not limited to):

  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients from checking them in to their reservation to checking out.

  • Educating all our customers about the benefits of signing up for one of our memberships or purchasing our play passes.

  • Giving a quick tour of our facility to familiarize our customers with our policies and procedures and best of all, highlighting our amenities including lounge access and our coffee bar.

  • Providing information and answering questions regarding all our party packages, upcoming events, and our classes.

  • Checking-out customer's purchases using point-of-sale system: Square.

  • Monitoring and engaging with children utilizing our play area.

  • Keeping the play area and facility clean and tidy, including deep cleaning (disinfecting and sanitizing) between play sessions also before opening and closing.

  • Learning opening and closing procedures including coffee brewing, retail and inventory check, etc.

  • Helping guide and facilitate activities amongst children inside the play area.

  • Leading specialized activities such as arts and crafts and story time during events.

  • Assist as a co-host at scheduled parties and events on occasional weekends or as-needed basis.

As an After-school Care Assistant, your main and most important job at Pikopye's Town is not only to supervise, but to maintain a safe and fun environment for young children ages 3-6 years while under our care. Duties include coming up with creative and educational activities while maintaining a clean environment for the children.

Responsibilities are as follows (and not limited to):

  • Ensuring the children has good hygiene i.e. encouraging to wash their hands constantly.

  • Cleaning the play area through out the session.

  • Organizing safe and fun activities during play time in the tiny town.

  • Who has excellent communication skills

  • Who is skilled in interacting with children ages 3 - 6 years and providing care.

  • Who is CPR & First Aid Certified, valid (Current) certifications are required.

  • Who is caring and compassionate.

  • Who has patience and stamina for keeping up with the demands of young children.

  • Who has advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at the same time.


As a Party Assistant, your main job responsibilities will be assisting the Party Host with our events.  95% of our events are on the weekends so availability on these days are important in this position.

  • Assisting the Party Host with decorating, all set up and day-of coordinating.

  • Acknowledging all guests, children and adults alike, for the duration of the assigned birthday party;

  • Maintaining control of the party at all times by staying within the allotted time and following itinerary;

  • Interacting positively and enthusiastically with children.

  • Cleaning the main play area after the play time and assist the party host with resetting the party room, party tables for the next event and at closing.

  • Supervising all guests with the party at all times;

  • Promoting a positive team environment; establishing and maintaining an open communication among the team.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
