GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR -

 

2 POSITIONS FOR LAKEWAY & 1 POSITION FOR MENCHACA/LAMAR​ 

Hours: 10-25 / week

Days: Weekdays (M-F)

Start Times: 8:30am (Opening) / 2pm (Closing) -- Flexible

Pay: Hourly Pay 

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, your job is the most important at Pikopye's Town as you will be the first and last face the families will see from check-in to check-out. You will be representing everything company is, a friendly, respectful and positive place.

Responsibilities are as follows (and not limited to):

  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients from check in to check out.

  • Educating all our customers about our different party packages & play options.

  • Giving a quick tour of our facility to familiarize our customers with our policies and procedures and best of all, highlighting our amenities including lounge access and our coffee bar.

  • Providing information and answering questions regarding all our party packages, upcoming events, and our classes.

  • Checking-out customer's purchases using point-of-sale system: Square.

  • Keeping the play area and facility clean and tidy, including deep cleaning (disinfecting and sanitizing) between play sessions also before opening and closing.

  • Learning opening and closing procedures including coffee brewing, retail and inventory check, etc.

  • Leading specialized activities such as arts and crafts and story time during camps.

  • Assist as a co-host at scheduled parties and events on occasional weekends or as-needed basis.

PARTY COORDINATOR POSITION

Hours: 10-15 hours/week

Days: Weekends 

Shifts Available: Open: 9am-2:30pm / Closing: 2:00pm - 7/8pm

Pay: Hourly Pay + gratuity

As a Party Coordinator, your main job responsibilities will be assisting the client and hosting their event.  95% of our events are on the weekends so availability on these days are important in this position.

  • Setting up the party room with decorations depending on the party package the client has chosen.

  • Welcoming the clients as they arrive and giving them the tour of the facility.

  • Going through the itinerary with the client before their guests arrive and the party sheets with party assistant.

  • Maintaining control of the party at all times by staying within the allotted time and following itinerary;

  • Interacting positively and enthusiastically with clients and their children.

  • Hosting the last 30 minutes by assisting with food/pizza and cake service.

  • Supervising all guests with the party at all times;

  • Cleaning the party room in a timely manner.

  • Promoting a positive team environment; establishing and maintaining an open communication among the team.

  • Preparing for the next party to insure a smooth transition from one event to another.

  • Keeping all the party bins, supplies and the back storage organized at all times.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

  • Who works well with others and excel in both solo or a team-oriented environment.

  • Who has the ability to multi-task without easily getting overwhelmed.

  • Who is comfortable working in small spaces, standing for long periods of time, lifting and bending.

  • Who has flexible working hours and

 

 

 

PARTY ASSISTANT POSITION

Hours: 10-15 hours/week

Days: Weekends 

Shifts Available: Open: 9am-2:00pm / Closing: 2:00pm - 7/8pm

Pay: Hourly Pay + gratuity

As a Party Assistant, your main job responsibilities will be assisting the Party Host with our events.  95% of our events are on the weekends so availability on these days are important in this position.

  • Assisting the Party Host with decorating, all set up and day-of coordinating.

  • Acknowledging all guests, children and adults alike, for the duration of the assigned birthday party;

  • Maintaining control of the party at all times by staying within the allotted time and following itinerary;

  • Interacting positively and enthusiastically with clients and children.

  • Cleaning the main play area after the play time and assist the party host with resetting the party room, party tables for the next event and at closing.

  • Supervising all guests with the party at all times;

  • Promoting a positive team environment; establishing and maintaining an open communication among the team.

  • Performing other duties as assigned by management and Party Coordinator.
