How long are birthday parties?

Our private buyout parties run 2 hours, and the whole place is yours for play, cake, and celebration. The weekday Birthday Playdate also runs two hours, but it is not a buyout.

What's included in each package?

Every package is a private buyout of the whole town, indoors and out, for two full hours, with a comfortable lounge where the grown-ups can sit and see everything and a self-serve coffee bar in the parent lounge. The Space is the town and you run the party: a crew member to greet guests, keep play safe, and help where needed; you arrive 30 minutes early to set up your food and decor, outside food is welcome with no service charge on this package, and you bring your own tableware and decor. Cleanup is on us. The Setup adds two party hosts who handle the setup, food, the cupcakes, and cleanup (games only if you want them), any theme you like with decor and color-coordinated tableware, 24 mini cupcakes from our local bakery, 2 large cheese pizzas plus a healthy snack for every kid, water and organic juice boxes for every kid, and a return pass to open play for every kid. You walk in to a finished room, and you can bring a cake too. The Works means nothing to bring, not even the cake: a birthday cake from our local bakery alongside the mini cupcakes, favor bags for every kid, an ice cream sundae bar, 4 large cheese pizzas in total, a bubble entrance and a balloon-drop finale, sparkling sodas, and face glitter for anyone who wants it.

How many guests are included?

Adults are free, so you only pay for kids. Children under 1 are always free. The Space includes 15 kids, and The Setup and The Works include 20. Extra kids are $22 each, up to the 55-guest room limit. Adults are free at the weekday Birthday Playdate too, but that one is capped: up to 8 kids and up to 12 adults, because the play floor stays open to other families.

Is there a mandatory service fee?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There is no service charge, no coordination fee, and no card processing fee. We removed the mandatory 20% service charge in July 2026, when Pikopye's Town changed ownership. Adults do not cost anything either. Your total is the package, anything you add on, any kids over your included count, and Texas sales tax. Tips are never required, but they are always appreciated, and anything you leave goes 100% to your party hosts.

Is a deposit required?

$250 locks your date and comes off your total. Refundable for 7 days after booking when your party is more than 3 weeks out. One free date change with 14 days' notice.

How do the time slots work?

Parties run in a private 2-hour slot. A 4PM party can be extended by a full extra hour for $200 or 30 minutes for $100 on any package. Earlier slots cannot be extended, so we have enough time to set up for the next party.

Can we bring alcohol?

No BYO alcoholic beverages or coolers allowed. We have a Mimosa Cart and/or Adult Beverages cart as upgrades available. Licensed & Insured "Dry" Bartender required.

Is there an age limit?

While we specialize in birthdays ages 0-7, we can also accommodate birthdays up to 8 years old.

What if it rains?

The party goes on. Tiny Town is indoors, and the outdoor play area is a bonus when the weather's good.

Do we need socks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Adults and kids wear socks to play, and kids need grip socks. Bring your own or buy a pair at the front desk for $2.50 plus tax.

Can we bring outside food?

Accepted Answer

Birthday cakes and cupcakes never carry a fee. Other outside food is welcome on The Space at no charge, and on The Setup and The Works with a $35 outside catering service charge. Custom catering is available through our preferred vendors.

Question 12

My date isn't showing online. Is it taken?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Online booking closes 7 days before a party, so an open date inside the next week disappears from the calendar. Book with us and we'll confirm it the same day.
