Age Limits & Restrictions

Our facility is created for children 6 and under, however, children over the age of 6 may play with their younger sibling (as long as they play safely & kindly and follow all rules, including no rough housing.)

Grip socks are required for all adults and children.

For the safety of our tiniest explorers, all guests must play SAFELY & KINDLY. Children who are unable to play safely & kindly (especially kids over the recommended age of 6) will be given a warning, and may be asked to leave. A warning will be given for the first time, second time they will not be allowed in the play area, and 3rd time will be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Thank you for understanding!

Siblings under 10 months are FREE. (Must accompany a paid admission.)
Food and Use of Session

No food or drinks in Tiny Town, please.

We have great snacks and drinks on hand, but you may bring outside food. However, we deeply appreciate your support of our small business by purchasing from us!

We do not allow peanuts on site, thank you for helping protect all our children.

Outside coffee is permitted, do keep in mind that we also offer fresh brewed coffee and have Nitro Cold Brew on tap provided by a local roaster.
Adult to Child Ratio

All Open Play spots are reserved for one adult and one child only. You can add a sibling/s and get 10% off of your reservation total. All must be accompanied by the same adult to get this discount. To add an extra adult, just choose the option during the scheduling. Cost is $5 per additional adult during Open Play.
Maximum Capacity

Open Play has a maximum capacity of 24 children.

Extra Adults may be added until we reach 60 total occupancy, including staff.
Allotted Time / Cancellations / Refunds

No Timed Play Sessions here! You are welcome to stay for the day's Open Play hours.

Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before your reserved time to get credit towards another date. We do not offer refunds, only credit. :) THANK YOU for understanding, we appreciate it!
check-in procedures:

Please stay home if you or your littles are unwell. It takes a village, y'all (don't be "that" person!) We offer a courtesy re-book in the event of sudden illness.

If you believe you or someone in your household have been exposed to COVID19 in the last 7 days leading up to your reservation, with or without symptoms, we ask that you please stay home. Masks are welcome but always optional.

Please sign the waiver ahead of time.

All patrons are required to wash their hands or sanitize using any of our sanitation stations before entering the play area.

Make sure you remove shoes before entering the play area. Grip Socks are required for both adults and children. We also offer them for purchase.

Children must be supervised at ALL times.

The baby area is strictly for children under 24 months. Children over the age limit are not allowed as toys in that area is meant for small, gentler hands. Thank you for helping!

Before you leave, please make sure you put all the toys that has been in your children's mouth in one of our "Yucky Buckets".
