Policies & Procedures:

Reservations / Reschedule / Cancellations

  • All reservations must be made no later than 24 hours before the session.  ​​

  • Due to scheduling of staff when a spot is reserved, reservations may only be rescheduled by phone once, and must be at 48 hours minimum prior to the scheduled session. 

  • Any rescheduling less than 48 hours prior is not permitted and all cancellations are non-refundable.  A credit for another session may be issued for a different date if canceled 24 hours prior but there will be strictly no refund.

  • No credit or refund is due to all no-shows and all cancellations within 24 hours prior to session.

Items / Food / Allergies

  • All items brought from home must be labeled with the child's name (blanket or water bottle).  Toys from home are not permitted and Pikopye's Town is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items brought from home.

  • Any food allergies and medications must be communicated in writing during the booking process to ensure safety of the child. 

  • Pikopye's Town is not a nut-free facility.  Please keep that in mind when scheduling your session.

  • Lunch is an option and scheduled at 11am - you also may pack lunch for your child.


  • Pikopye's Town is currently collaborating with Babysitting Connection, a five-star third party company who is providing all our well-qualified, background checked and CPR certified / trained sitter.

For Co-working

  • You may only leave the premises if your child is fully-potty trained and no longer than 30 minutes, unless you added the drop-off option to your reservation.

  • Child do not need to be fully toilet-trained if staying in the premises however, any potty breaks and diaper changes must be done by the parent/guardian and not the staff. 

  • You may not go in and out of the facility or leave the premises without notifying the front desk.

  • You may use all the amenities in our facility, but please be courteous to others and limit the use of the phone booth.

  • You may not use the phone booth the whole session.  Please limit the use to phone calls, conference calls or zoom meetings only.

For Drop-offs:

  • Pick-up must be on time (12:00pm).  A $5 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of late pick-up.

  • In the event of an emergency, Pikopye's Town will attempt to contact the parent/guardian and if one cannot be reached, Pikopye's Town is authorized to contact one of the provided Emergency Contacts. 

  • In the event that no Emergency Contact can be reached, Pikopye's Town is authorized to act for the parent, according to their best judgement in obtaining emergency medical treatment for any child under our care.  

  • Pikopye's Town require all children to be fully potty-trained. 

  • In the event that the child needs to use the bathroom to potty, Pikopye's Town must have permission to accompany them if necessary to ensure child's safety. This permission is given on our waiver.
