Policies & Procedures:

Reservations / Reschedule / Cancellations

  • All reservations must be made no later than 24 hours before the drop-off date.  ​​

  • Due to scheduling of staff when a spot is reserved, reservations may only be rescheduled or cancelled by phone must be at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or 12 hours minimum.

  • Any rescheduling & cancellations less than 12 hours prior is non-refundable.  A credit for another session may be issued for a different date if at least 12 hours prior but there will be strictly no refund.

  • No credit or refund is due to all no-shows and all cancellations within 12 hours prior to session.

Items / Food / Allergies

  • All items brought from home must be labeled with the child's name (blanket or water bottle).  Toys from home are not permitted and Pikopye's Town is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items brought from home.

  • Any food allergies and medications must be communicated in writing during the booking process to ensure safety of the child. 

  • Pikopye's Town is not a nut-free facility.  Please keep that in mind when scheduling your session.

  • You may bring snacks & drinks for your child and we are more than happy to assist them with snack time.

Drop-offs & Allotted Time:

  • The program is from 3pm - 6pm. You may drop off and pick up your child between these hours, and these hours only. 

  • Late drop off and early pick ups are not pro-rated.  The cost is $35 per session whether you drop them off late or pick them up early.

  • Pick-up must be on time (6pm).  A $10 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of late pick-up.

  • In the event of an emergency, Pikopye's Town will attempt to contact the parent/guardian and if one cannot be reached, Pikopye's Town is authorized to contact one of the provided Emergency Contacts. 

  • In the event that no Emergency Contact can be reached, Pikopye's Town is authorized to act for the parent, according to their best judgement in obtaining emergency medical treatment for any child under our care.  

  • Pikopye's Town require all children to be fully potty-trained. 

  • In the event that the child needs to use the bathroom to potty, Pikopye's Town must have permission to accompany them if necessary to ensure child's safety. This permission is given on our waiver.
